International orders are shipped after processing time (3 to 5 working days) via UPS - according to specific tariffs. All products are shipped from Brazil, where our company is located.

Import Duties - Taxes and Fees:

Any additional fees charged by the carrier (including import duties, taxes and fees) must be paid by the customer. These charges are very particular, vary according each country and its rules, therefore we cannot predict what your particular charges might be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

UPS local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees by c.o.d (collect on delivery) in the local currency at the time of delivery.

Our store does not make domestic deliveries, ie we do not deliver products in Brazil.

Very Important: order cancellation will not be accepted during the customs clearance process in the destination country. If the products are not cleared by the customer, the order will be considered abandoned and the payment made will not be refunded. Exchanges and Returns can only be made after the order is cleared and according to the rules defined by our store and described in the item "Exchanges and Returns" at the bottom of the site.

Multiple Product Orders:

Shipping for Multiple Products: Sending an order with multiple products can only be done when all products are of the same brand. Orders with multiple products of different brands must be placed separately, grouping the products of the same brand. Orders placed with multiple products from different brands will be canceled and customers will be informed of the cancellation of their order by e-mail. The payment made will be returned.

Weight of Orders:

For logistical reasons the maximum weight of each order should be 10 kg/352 oz. Overweight orders will be canceled and payment returned. When this happens we will inform our customers by email about the cancellation of the order and the return of your payment.
